MIKE PRIOLO
I began my career as a retail leasing agent in 2010. After approximately four years of assisting owners with finding tenants and negotiating leases on their behalf, I decided to shift my focus to investment sales. While I am based in California and that is my primary market, I am able to do transactions nationwide. The cornerstones of my business are building lasting relationships with my clients, putting their needs and goals before mine, and helping my clients fulfill their financial and investment dreams through well-executed real estate transactions. My expertise is in 1031 exchanges and assisting investment property owners in the lease and sale of commercial real estate. I am very well-versed in retail, NNN, multi-family and office properties, and conduct much of my business through referrals from satisfied customers. I consider myself your consultant rather than your agent. I do my best to understand your goals as an investor then custom tailor an investment strategy that will meet those goals while minimizing risk exposure. I offer all new clients a free valuation of their current property as well as a consultation on how they can improve their monthly cashflow from their investment property.
